The Selling Process
01. Consultation & Listing your home
We will review current market statistics and discuss the value of your home before entering into a listing agreement.
02. Staging & Marketing
Showing a property at it’s best will yield higher offers. I will stage your home & implement a marketing plan.
03. Showcasing your Home
I will use all the tools necessary to showcase your home to bring you the best possible offers.
04. Negotiate & accept your offer
I’ll work with prospective buyers and their agents to negotiate an accepted offer.
05. Inspection & satisfy subject clauses
After an accepted offer, we’ll complete an inspection, negotiate any needed repairs and satisfy remaining subject clauses.
06. Closing & completion of sale
We’ll complete closing documents and title transfer, in preparation for completion and possession dates.
