Walking through spaces and paying attention to layout, light, and flow helped me see both the potential in a home and how people respond to it. How a space is prepared and presented often shapes that connection long before any numbers are discussed.
Over time, I came to understand that staging isn’t superficial. It isn’t about styling a home to impress. It’s about removing friction so buyers can clearly understand how a space lives — and whether it truly works for them.

As a Coquitlam-based real estate agent, I work with individuals and families across the Lower Mainland, offering grounded guidance and a personalized approach from first conversations through closing. I’m known for being honest, thorough, and direct, while taking the time to understand what matters most to the people I serve.
